ROTARIANS WELCOME SUMMER WITH A PICNIC AND MUSIC
EVENT: Picnic at Sinnissippi Shelter #3 (there will be a Rotary sign to direct you), 5:00PM, Tuesday , June 21, followed by a concert featuring the Phantom Regiment at 7:00 PM in the nearby bandshell.
SPECIAL GUESTS: Loves Park and Pecatonica Rotary Clubs. Rockford Rotarians are encouraged to invite family members and/or guests.
WHAT TO BRING: Picnic food to share, such as salads, vegetable dishes, fruit, deviled eggs, desserts….and your table service. Rotary will provide fried chicken and cold beverages.
FYI: No alcohol is permitted in the picnic area of Sinnissippi.
COST OF MEAL: $10 per Rotarian; maximum of $20 per family or small group.
CONCERT IS FREE RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED: Sign up at a Rotary meeting or by emailing President-Elect Eric Moe (moeman4462@gmail.com) by Thursday, June 16. When registering, please state the food item(s) you plan to bring and how many will be in your group.
