November 11th Program

We will be meeting at 12:30 PM after the DAR has finished with their program which also features our presenter, Todd R. Burton.
Todd currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the United States of America Vietnam War Commemorations.
He is a retired Army officer with over 30 years of service with assignments focused on disaster response planning and support to the Department of Homeland Security.  Todd deployed to Afghanistan in 2011-12 to provide oversight of finance and contracting operations in the Kabul area.
He is currently serving his third tour in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he now works to support the thousands of commemorative partners across the nation who are helping to thank and honor Vietnam veterans.
Todd holds two masters degrees, one in public administration from Central Michigan University, and a second in strategic studies from the Army War College as well as a Ph.D. from the School of Education and Leadership at Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI.
Locally, Todd leads the local Disabled American Veterans chapter and serves as treasurer for the Winnebago County Veterans Assistance Commission.
Todd will present our Veteran's Day Program and will talk about his work in thanking and honoring Vietnam Veterans.  This will be an excellent opportunity to bring a guest or prospective member.
