Hard Rock Casino
Geno Iafrate is the new President of our casino in Rockford, Illinois. He reports directly to Jon Lucas. Geno is an accomplished executive who has served in a variety of gaming and hospitality management positions across several regional and destination gaming markets for more than 20 years.
He began his career with Caesars Entertainment as an Internal Auditor and went on to hold senior leadership roles at the Grand Casino Biloxi, Flamingo Las Vegas, Rio Las Vegas, and the Horseshoe and Louisiana Downs in Louisiana.
Following his 12+ years with Caesars, Geno spent four years as the EVP of Regional Operations for Pinnacle Entertainment overseeing their four Louisiana Casinos and Texas racetrack. More recently, Geno was the President of Westgate Las Vegas and SVP GTA Operations for One Toronto Gaming in Canada.
Geno has two children. His son, Christian, is an aspiring musician and his daughter, Madison, is a student at UNLV. He also has a spoiled four-year-old Boston Terrier, Miss Poppy Dog.
He enjoys spending time with his partner, Chelsie, flying airplanes and riding motorcycles.
Geno will give us an update on the current Rockford Casino at the old Giovanni's on Bell School Road and the status of the permanent Hard Rock Casino to be built on the old Clock Tower site. This will be an interesting and informative program and one to invite a guest or prospective member. We would encourage you to join us in person at Memorial Hall or via zoom.
