Cardiovascular Disease and You
 
     Dr. Asad Sheikh is associated with OSF Cardiovascular Institute on the OSF St. Anthony Medical Center.  He received his medical education at St. George's University in Bay Shore New York and his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee from 2006 to 2009.  He also had Fellowships at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from 2012-2013; University of Kansas at Kansas City from 2009-2012.
     Dr. Sheikh is certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine.  Cardiologists diagnose and treat heart disease, such as congenital heart defects, coronary artery disease, heart rhythm disorders and heart failure.  His subspecialties include General Cardiology, Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
     Dr. Sheikh will discuss cardiovascular disease and what you can do to prevent heart problems.  This will be a most informative and interesting program and another excellent opportunity to bring a guest or prospective member.
     Mike Robinson who recently retired from OSF St. Anthony will introduce our presenter and Becky Rundquist will act as Rotary host.
