2009 - 2010 Leadership Rockford Rotary Board of Directors is made up of the Officers (President, Vice President, Program Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer), the Past President and 8 directors. The Vice President is the President-Elect and the Program Chairman is the Vice President-Elect. Each year a selection committee made up of the President and 5 Past Presidents selection a Program Chairman for the following Rotary year. This person is a member who has previously served on the Board of Directors. This is a most important appointment because that person will move up to Vice President and then to President. The Charitable Association Chairman, the Assistant Treasurer and the Assistant Secretary serve as ex-officio members of the Board.
