The mission of the Rockford Public Library is to educate, inform, entertain and culturally enrich the people of our community. Summer Reading Programs, like this year's "Reading by Design", are designed to involved the whole family in reading and other activities throughout the summer. Lynn will highlight how these programs keep students engaged and learning when not in school.
